As a result of high property prices in St Albans, employers have experienced problems in both the recruitment and retention of key staff such as teachers, police officers and NHS staff.

LSH has worked in close partnership with West Hertfordshire NHS Trust and St Albans District Council in addressing this fundamental issue and has provided high quality accommodation at below normal market rent price for more than 100 key workers in St Albans.
